Difference : Previous agent used budget marketing which in our opinion didn’t show the house as a true representation of how beautiful it actually was. The external brick colour looked very pink and dated, potentially due to being rushed and photographed in poor lighting. The images felt cold and flat. The hero shot was unflattering which clearly didn’t help spark interest of the right purchasers. The floorplan had many errors including the alfresco being labeled as a concrete pad and the living room was labelled 600mm shorter than it really was making it sound quite small.
