RIGHTS AND USAGE

All images produced for the client may be used by the owner / agent / builder for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the sale of the property for the duration of the contract with the seller and for the client’s self promotion. Ownership of the images remain with Statik Illusions, and license is granted only to the client and client’s parent company, and not to any third party. The client may not sell or distribute images to another party at any point. Statik Illusions has the right to use these images for marketing and promotional materials, and to issue additional licenses to any third party for a fee. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing and licensed by Statik Illusions.

This plan is for representational purposes only. All dimensions displayed are approximate and shouldn’t be solely relied upon. Do not edit, reproduce, copy, modify, crop or in any way exploit copyright to Statik Illusions. We offer licences to re-use our floorplans for secondary use to the value of 50% of the original price. If a floorplan of ours is used without our permission and our disclaimer cropped out, the company in violation will receive an invoice for the full cost of the original price, to be paid within 7 days. If this isn’t rectified within 7 days, it will then be passed on to our copyright lawyer who will pursue damages.

Apart from fair dealing permitted by the Copyright Act 1968, REA grants visitors to the site permission to download copyright material only for private and non-commercial purposes. For reproduction or use of realestate.com.au copyright material beyond such use, written permission must be obtained directly from REA or the relevant copyright owner. If given, permission will be subject to the requirement that the copyright owner’s name and interest in the material be acknowledged when the material is reproduced or quoted, in whole or in part.
